As former head of business development for various London based companies, marketing, and sales, he's mastered the art of fusing business needs, consumer insights, and design. With Carlos at the helm, Splice Creative Studio isn't just a creative space; it's a strategic powerhouse where design is a tool to optimise and elevate businesses.

Kieran Tsang

Technical Art Direction | Senior 3D Creative.

Kieran, with roots in Central Saint Martins and Chelsea College of Arts, brings a fresh perspective and a strong set of technical skills to 3D animation and art direction. His work is characterised by intricate forms, dynamic textures, and a keen eye for details, transforming complex ideas into captivating visuals. With proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, and the Adobe Suite, Kieran has a proven track record of developing and implementing ideas that solidify his position as a leading creative.
